The Bicentennial celebration of the Lafayette fairwell tour stopped in #chelseama and I was on hand to take photos... I'm also the Chair of the Chelsea Historical Commission and Prez of Bellingham Cary House. I presented "General Lafayette" with a gift to thank him for the visit

There was a massive fire in #chelseama at the old Russo's Tux space that took hours for fire fighters all over the area to put out. I got quite a few photos but these are some of the best ones I took @universalhub @ChelseaScanner @ChelseaFire_MA

I will add that when I shoot photos like these I take out my 600mm long lens, I am not nearly as close to the action as the photos may seem since the 600mm has such a long reach
