And there are plenty of English people with the skills to do the jobs.
You can increase opportunities for young people by:
-Reversing the national insurance increases on employers
-Repealing the Employment Rights Act
-Cutting welfare
-Stopping low skilled immigration and removing migrants from the country working in entry level retail and hospitality, especially those on the Graduate Visa
-Having lower minimum wages for teenagers so they can get into the job market more easily
Subsidy schemes make us all worse off, and blaming smart phones and tech companies is a cheap distraction tactic.
