It’s the first six-year deal for a George Mason coach in program history.
Skinn led the Patriots to a share of their first A-10 regular season title in 2025 and has won 70 games in his first 3 years at the helm.

Story time!
I feel like I rarely run into Wizards fans out in the wild but a few years ago I ran into Ben, turns out we live in the same area. He told me he was a Wizards fan & a journalism student at Maryland, 2 things I can def relate to. He could not have been nicer & was just a cool chance encounter.
Fast forward a few years and this man is KILLING it on all forms of DC sports media. Could not be more happy for his success!
If somehow you're not already following he & Abdullah on @lockedonwizards then you need to fix that asap! 📈
