Been watching US vs Paraguay so I missed this… what happened to Strider’s velo???
Spencer Strider is leaving this game after three different fastballs below 90 mph in a leadoff walk of MJ Melendez in the fourth They're giving JR Ritchie extra time to get warm

The World Cup Final being in MetLife is such a disappointment. Miami Gardens, Mercedes Benz, and SoFi all clear MetLife by an insane amount… not even close.

In an alternate universe not too far away from here, Matt Olson is 4-4 with 4 homers and Dylan Lee pitches in the seventh 😭

Bryce Elder vs Pirates today: 6IP 2 H 2 R 2 ER 2 BB 4 K Command was a little off today but still a quality start all factors considered. You’ll take those. Anybody saying it’s a bad start is a casual.

I get it’s frustrating to drop games where your ace is starting, but from the way people react on here, you would think we just lost our tenth game in a row I mean, be serious for one second

To add onto this- I compared how teams ranked in their series win% compared to their overall W/L % rank. Pretty fascinating to see teams like the Nats and Reds have a decent series win% but fall lower in overall win%
MLB Series Records Rankings 1. Braves: 17-2-1 (85%) 2. Brewers: 13-5-2 (65%) T3. Dodgers: 12-5-3 (60%) T3. Rays: 12-7–1 (60%) 5. Yankees: 11-6-3 (55%) Pretty good, some would say

These are teams’ series records across all of MLB (NL teams in green and AL teams in blue). Did it all manually and didn’t double check it so if any teams are incorrect, let me know

Also, why are ESPN’s MLB notifications so late? They just sent a noti of the Braves acquiring Austin Wynns and it happened hours ago. Get it together @espn

Only done like 5 spins and this is my best one yet at 75-7… Maybe I’m a casual but is an 82-0 caliber team
