If such a ruling happens after you have already pled guilty or accepted a deal, you are likely stuck. By accepting the deal, you essentially accepted the evidence as valid and waived your right to fight it. Even if the evidence is later declared "illegal"

It is beyond belief that Cafcass recommended, and the court ordered, overnight contact for a child with a father who had had numerous findings of extremely serious domestic abuse against him over a sustained period of time. It’s horrendous that courts are continuing to prioritise a perpetrator father’s rights over the safety of the child and mother. This is why transparency is so important. Without @AndhaBandar shining a spotlight on this case no one would be aware of this appalling decision. I hope the mother is going to appeal.
