Some people are just bad people.
Gotta admire the powerful divorced dad energy through which Mulroney posts.

Thanks to…?!? Elon.
It definitely makes me LOL to get so many comments on X from people saying that our government won't let them speak freely...when they are here, well, speaking freely.

Or the NDP started to see polling that they would lose on this issue, and partially rolled back some of their worst policies?
This goes against the prevailing right wing narrative.

Our 6-storey, 46-unit rental building on Kipling Avenue (near the Kipling subway station) was approved yesterday by the Committee of Adjustments. It's been a bit of a long road to get here, but now we build!

Sometimes, the most obvious answer is the right one. We need new leadership in Ontario.

And then you’d block data center construction?!
I will soon be introducing a bill to give the public a 50% ownership stake in the largest AI companies in America. This would guarantee that the trillions created by AI are used to improve the lives of all of us — and block oligarch decisions that harm the American people.

Ontario Liberal Party leadership candidates all need to take a page out of @EricDLombardi 's playbook. People are not excited by platitudes. They want to hear a real understanding of the challenges facing Ontario, and specific policy ideas that would resolve them. So far, Navdeep, NES, Leigh, and Dylan have all failed this test.
I’m running to restore the Ontario deal. Ontario used to lead. Let’s lead again. // Je me présente pour rétablir le pacte de l’Ontario. L’Ontario était autrefois leader. Reprenons les devants.

Immigration is not an adequate solution to the country's declining birthrate. Canadians who want kids should be able to afford to start a family.

Proof that you can fight for your principles even while in government caucus. I wish some MPPs in Ontario would take note.

Great piece by @MattSpoke - a reminder to the Feds that the main problems affecting housing supply and affordability are regulatory burdens in need of removal, not government-subsidized housing. There's a role for government to play in non-market housing, and Build Canada Homes should focus on that, but this mandate must not come at the expense of addressing broader, critical housing challenges.
“When it comes to judging the Carney government’s success on housing, there should be a clear metric: does it deliver more homes at a price that young individuals and families can afford? We can measure this goal against factors Canadians feel in their pocketbooks: rent and vacancy rates, the share of income going to shelter, and whether first-time home buyers can enter the market without taking an unreasonable financial risk. If those indicators don’t improve, Canadians won’t care how many new programs were announced,” writes Matt Spoke (@MattSpoke) in @CDNAffairs. Read here⬇️ macdonaldlaurier.ca/the-prob…

I wrote about Build Canada Homes, and how this agency can have the biggest impact on the ongoing housing crisis in Canada. Check it out.
Ottawa's new housing agency Build Canada Homes will receive $13B to improve housing affordability. @MattSpoke says the only metric that matters is: can young Canadians afford a home? Read more: canadianaffairs.news/2026/05…

Elon wants a line capable of producing 1M Optimus robots per year by 2027. Figure wants another 100,000 humanoids in the market by 2029. Unitree and the other Chinese firms might outproduce them both. That’s exciting. But I’ll be disappointed if all these robots can do is fold laundry and move boxes around warehouses. I want humanoids on construction sites. I really want humanoid masons. To get there, robotics labs need the right training data. And to capture that data, construction workers need the right equipment. We’re building smart safety glasses to help. Check ’em out: trainarobot.co
