Still the best World Cup I’ve ever seen! Glorious
It’s 16 years since the world bid farewell to the legendary Luciano Pavarotti. So here’s that brilliant BBC intro from Italia 90. Pele, Cruyff, and Maradona pictured to the soundtrack of Nessun Dorma. Wonderful stuff.

A really important part of the week. Encourages shared learning but also an opportunity to celebrate success within the teams. Well done all 👍

Interesting to see how the mass testing goes on next few weeks. Liverpool already had a steep decline in positives. Hopefully the @LivHospitals and @sthknhs start to feel this soon.
A focus on Liverpool City due to recent introduction of mass testing. My feel is that the growth in the lag period is starting to match the ~50 extra daily positives reported in the media today (162 over 3 days). #Liverpooltesting

Me and Carlo Ancelotti had a chat. We talked about, in no particular order: Game of Thrones, the naming of Parmesan cheese, the documentary Cuba Libre, whether dogs bark in different languages, Everton, and (mainly) how much he loves Crosby nytimes.com/2020/10/16/sport…
