There must be two Stoke on Trent’s, because this absolutely is not the reality of the one I live in.
Still recall my tour of #Stoke back in 2013. Demolished buildings & abandoned sites. What a difference just a few years on. Look & feel of economy on the up.... great work.... well done.... what a difference!!!!!

A proud night for one of our CPNs tonight as she collected her Commendation from @StaffsPolice for her “efforts and exceptional support” not just in her job role, but supporting officers who may be struggling too. #StreetTriage #StaffsPolice #NSCHT

This is a wonderful gift we all could have in understanding that dogs are so helpful in this field. And the people that train then, they get a thankyou from me x

The whole country will be deeply concerned by the news from Buckingham Palace this lunchtime. My thoughts - and the thoughts of people across our United Kingdom - are with Her Majesty The Queen and her family at this time.

If, as a Ukrainian human rights group claims, the Russians used phosphorus weapons in the town of Popasna last night, that would be another war crime. The human body burns internally for up to 7 hours if phosphorus is breathed in. A filthy weapon.
