To add to the fun travel problems (after my golf bag was sent to Dallas when I had a direct to Philly), my golf travel bag was broken after being dragged across the tarmac, resulting in the zippers popping off rendering the bag unusable, and they might’ve broken the shaft tip for my driver AND they are now telling me it’s “normal wear and tear” and therefore won’t be reimbursing me.
Thanks American!
A massive thank you to @AmericanAir for sending my golf clubs to the wrong airport when I had a direct flight, then telling me I’d have my clubs by 12:30 today, and missing that window with absolutely no communication from the driver who is going the wrong way and is an hour away.
Completely ruined a special golf trip, thanks!
