Appalling customer service @canterburyNZ 2 week wait for next day delivery - still not arrived. No refund requested 10 days ago. Fob off after fob off from customer care. Scam behaviour. Very slick at taking the money - no desire to provide refund.

Watching England game on @ITVX is painful. Endless stalling, buffering and poor picture quality, been sent back to the start multiple times. To be fair this is consistent with the World Cup coverage. @BBCiPlayer @NetflixUK @DisneyPlus all working smoothly.
