Very good signing. Still a bit raw around the edges, but showed us what he is capable of and will only get better. Plenty of untapped potential and clearly wants to be at the club. Believe he was a bit less than the fee quoted too. UTFB

CG helped to lay the foundations for the future, but this has been on the cards for a while & needed to happen. Patience is required, don't expect overnight change. The new man has much to sort from an infrastructure pov. Unlikely to notice any real changes for 18 months #bcfc

Bombshell: The Browns are finalizing a trade that will send two-time Defensive Player of the Year Myles Garrett to the Los Angeles Rams, per @rapsheet, @TomPelissero and me.
In exchange for Garrett, the Rams are expected to send Pro-Bowl edge Jared Verse, a 2027 first-round pick and other draft-pick compensation still being negotiated to the Browns.

2026 has been pretty crap injury wise. Dealing with back and knee issues since November, but I've stayed active and tried to manage pain and recovery. The last few weeks have been pretty much pain free and today I did my first half marathon of 2026. I am soooo fucking back!
