Today we've been able to look at new mortgage deals. The best one is 51% increase on what we're currently paying. What insanity is this?

Tried running again. 5km to play it safe, calves are like bricks. Still probably won't be able to walk tomorrow. I think running shoes might be a good idea!

First time down the M40 in a while today, some observations: โœ… Indicators are optional. โœ… Do not drive in lane 1. โœ… Tailgate if the driver in front is doing less than 80mph. โœ… Defenders are only allowed in lane 3 and must tailgate.
