She was last seen on May 31, 2024, at around 7a.m., in the 400 block of Mulford Avenue, Dayton Ohio. Ms. Modesta, is a black female and was last seen wearing a yellow dress with an unknown color scarf around her neck. Ms. Modesta has been diagnosed as having dementia. Ms. Modesta does not speak English and her spoken language is Kinyarwanda.
