Z is 2 x Scottish National Taekwondo Champion. Gold in the -24kg childrenβs category after 2 awesome fights and Gold with her team in Poomsae. Also 5th in individual Poomsae and bronze in family Poomsae category @missbinnielvps @MrsGLVPS #LVPSWiderAchievement

Home after competing at the Asteriks Cup, Serbia. Another good comp, I beat Greece 2-1, R1 8-3 π¬π§ R2 2-4 π¬π· R3 8-2π¬π§ A quarter final exit as I lost to a strong player from Slovenia. Happy with my performance and more good experience @S3LHSYT @Larbert_Sport @LHS_HWB @MrCassellsPE

Spanish Open 2023. Fantastic experience and happy with my performance winning my first International junior match against Spain 2-1, unfortunately a R16 finish as my next match was against seed no.2 who went on to win silver. Thanks for the support @SportsAidScot @CentraltkdInfo
