Learning thrives when nurtured with support of a compassionate network.
In our latest #Reflections, we are proud to spotlight the incredible work happening on the ground through our CSR arm, Max India Foundation, and our partner organisations:
•85 Fellows supported through @TeachForIndia’s 3-month Alumni Fellow Mentorship initiative, powered by 41 dedicated Alumni mentors.
•Sustainable Networks created by @fosterandforge through their Mentor Circles, bringing Alumni Beacons forward to guide the teaching community.
Learning grows deeper when it’s done together.
Our partner organisations KATHA, Learning Initiatives for India (LIFI), and @TeachForIndia continued to strengthen foundational literacy, higher-order learning, and student leadership in meaningful ways.
While Katha’s championed story-first pedagogy in classrooms, Teach For India fellows created space for students to lead, support peers, & engage actively. With each big & small action, meaningful learning grew through curiosity, collaboration, & collective effort.
Congratulations to the students, educators, and the entire Katha Lab School team on this remarkable achievement. This recognition celebrates their revolutionary StoryPedagogy and commitment to providing joyful, inclusive education for children from underserved communities.
We are proud to share that Katha Lab School, supported by Max India Foundation, has been shortlisted among the world’s Top 50 schools for the prestigious Global Schools Prize 2026 in the Arts & Culture category. Truly a global recognition for homegrown impact.
At Max Group, our commitment to #Sevabhav drives us to back initiatives that create lasting change.
Through the #MaxIndiaFoundation, we support the Parikrma Humanity Foundation’s After-School Academic Enrichment Programme, reaching students across four schools in Bangalore.
To create enablement for special students at DARE School & associates of public charitable trust Srishti in Kerala’s Munnar, the #MIF provided a customised winger vehicle for their daily commute.
As winter sets in, a small act of warmth can make a big difference. A blanket distribution drive was organised by Max India Foundation, with support from @AntaraSnrCare, for construction workers at the Antara Residences for Seniors in Sector 150, Noida.

The most joyful festivals? They're the ones where our elders' faces light up.
Their wisdom shaped our traditions. Their stories connect our past to our present. Their love makes every celebration meaningful. This season let's honour them with warmth, time, & gratitude.
