🇺🇸 World Cup tourists are discovering Buc-ee's and the reactions are PRICELESS🤣

🚨🇺🇸 The funniest, sweetest World Cup subplot: Europeans discovering that the real America isn't the skyline, it's the gas station, the diner, and the stranger who insists on driving you to the game. The country always looked better in person than on a screen. Writer: Daniel x.com/realmikolson/status/20…

This was my first mini viral video. Keep in mind @eatboldbar has 640 followers on Instagram. Lowest effort video I’ve ever made. 7 second clip from my production run. So much for spending hours & hours creating sophisticated content… Looks like people like seeing machines!

America is such a rich country that “mere” half-billionaires like Ro Khanna (wife’s inherited family fortune) and Dan Goldman (Levi Strauss heir), and “down and out” decamillionaires like Liz Warren accuse OTHER PEOPLE of being too rich!

SpaceX alone just created over 5,000 millionaires while you have lifted zero people out of poverty or created zero millionaires (besides yourself)
Elon Musk just became the world's first trillionaire. The typical American household would have to work more than 11 MILLION years to make Elon Musk's level of wealth. We need a wealth tax.

Shut up
The fight for a higher standard of consumer health and transparency has never been more important. The ones most threatened by a new order are the ones who profited under the old one

How many brands can say this
Turning Point Brands' nicotine pouch segment grew 150% year over year. People buy Fre and ALP from the website then walk into their local convenience store asking for it. Retailers are stocking it because customers won't stop requesting it.

When it comes to NA, did alcohol buyers discover a new category or did functional beverage brands discover a new shelf? The risk for these NA brands is consumers stop comparing them to alcohol altogether. Once that happens, 0.0% ABV is no longer a moat. Competition becomes every beverage..on taste, function, occasion, and value. 90% of volume is through grocery, not alcohol volume drivers bars, restaurants, hotels, or liquor stores.

First-to-market in CPG may not always be the advantage. It could mean you spend years paving the way for a brand with better execution. Revive → Health-Ade FAGE → Chobani Beanitos → Siete Truly → White Claw Zevia → Poppi Wild Friends → Justin's And so on. Other Examples?
