Many people say they want to change their life. Very few are actually willing to pay the price. Some talk, dream, delay, or make excuses. Others study, work in silence, build skills, take risks—and execute. To create real change, you only need a few essentials: ✅ Clarity about where you are right now ✅ A clear direction to aim for ✅ A solid, flexible action plan But most importantly—an unbreakable commitment to keep the promises you make to yourself. If this year you’re done "trying" and ready to perform, send me “MINDSET” in DM 📩 I’ll help you build your personal performance plan. #PerformanceMindset #HighPerformanceCoach #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

One mistake. That's the difference between anxiety and confidence. A few days ago, I started working with a roller skater who was struggling with performance anxiety and self-doubt. Her disc routines—choreographed performances set to music—were inconsistent. Fear was sabotaging her skills. Today, this message hit my inbox: "Hi, the disc from Thursday and today went better compared to a few weeks ago, I only made one mistake. I already feel like I have a little less anxiety about things in general." This is what happens when you stop overthinking and start trusting your preparation. She didn't magically become a different skater overnight—she shifted her mental approach. The outcome: ✅ One mistake instead of many ✅ Anxiety dropping, confidence rising ✅ Performance aligning with her actual ability Your mind is the bottleneck or the accelerator. Choose wisely. If you’re an athlete and you feel your mind is limiting your performance, or you’re a coach and you notice your players’ mindset is holding them back, DM me PERFORMANCE and let’s talk 📩 #MentalCoaching #PerformanceMindset #RollerSkating #HighPerformance #FromAverageToUltra

The real game doesn’t happen on the golf course. It happens in your mind. A little while ago, a golf player came to me feeling lost and frustrated. He was stuck in negative thoughts, always focusing about what went wrong instead of what he could do next. During our mental coaching work, we focused on one main shift: moving from problems to solutions. He learned how to set clear goals and to separate results (what you can’t fully control) from performance (what you can control). Once he made that shift, his focus and confidence grew fast. Now he says: “I’ve learned how to set goals and face obstacles by focusing on solutions.” That’s what mental performance is about: → Clarity → Focus → Consistent action When your mind gets stronger, your game improves too. 🎯 View my portfolio to read more success stories. 💬 Or send me a private message if you want to strengthen your mental game and maximize your results. #HighPerformance #Mindset #WinningMindset #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

Most high-performers lose the game before it even starts. At the highest levels, everyone is fast, strong, and technically prepared. What really separates champions from the rest is how they think under pressure: ➤ Do they stay calm when the game changes? ➤ Do they stick to the plan when emotions kick in? ➤ Do they show up at their best when it matters most? If you only train your body and tactics, you’re leaving a huge part of your potential on the table. 👉🏻 If you’re an athlete and want to build the mental strength to perform at your best consistently, 👉🏻 If you’re a coach and want your players to be mentally stronger and ready for big moments, Send me a DM and let’s talk 📩 #HighPerformance #Mindset #WinningMindset #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

You don’t lose games in 10 minutes. You lose them in 1 second… when you lose focus. High-performers don’t always feel calm. They’ve just trained one thing most people ignore: control. Control of breath. Control of focus. In the video I walk you through a fast reset process you can use: ✔️ Before a key point ✔️ After a mistake ✔️ Anytime your mind starts to spin A simple and effective pattern you can repeat under pressure. Want a tip tailored to your situation? 📩 DM me your context (sport biggest challenge right now) and I’ll send you one personal adjustment you can use immediately. #MentalPerformanceCoach #HighPerformance #AthleteMindset #FocusUnderPressure #FromAverageToUltra

Every day you face a simple choice: ➤ Do the hard things that make you better ➤ Do the easy things that make you worse Growth never comes from comfort. Comfort only keeps you where you are. So here’s the real question: What are you choosing today? #HighPerformance #MindsetMatters #PersonalGrowth #Discipline #FromAverageToUltra

Chat with his mom recently: “How do you see him these days?” “Calm and relaxed. Every morning he trains on his old team’s field. He didn’t miss a day, not even Christmas. Then he relaxes.” A few months ago, this young athlete had lost his motivation. He didn’t want to train, didn’t trust himself, didn’t see a future. We worked together on one thing: mindset. Not talent. Not tactics. Mindset. Today, he’s showing up every day; ▸ calm ▸ confident ▸ consistent He’s regained his coach’s trust, and he’s performing at his best again. That’s the power of mental training: rebuilding self-belief when everything else seems lost. If you’re a coach and want your athletes to build this kind of mindset, let’s connect. #HighPerformance #Mindset #WinningMindset #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

High performance is built long before anyone is watching. The road to excellence is often a walk you take alone, long before the lights turn on in the arena or the boardroom. The decisions that really change your performance are born in these moments, when you step away from the noise, sort your thoughts, fears and standards, and decide who you want to be in the next round of your career. High performance is not talent or strategy. It’s the ability to use solitude as mental training, where you build focus, honest self‑reflection and inner discipline that no audience can give you. Want to go deeper on mental performance and high-level habits? Follow along, this is just the beginning. #MentalPerformanceCoach#HighPerformance#PeakPerformance #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

You’re one decision away from a completely different performance level. If you only train your body and your skills, you’re optimizing the visible 5% and ignoring the hidden 95% that actually drives your results. High performers who focus only on physical and technical abilities hit the same ceiling over and over, because their mental operating system is not aligned. Watch this video and see why upgrading your mindset is the real leverage point if you want to level up your performance. Are you serious about a mindset shift? Send me a DM, and let's talk about your next move 📩 #HighPerformanceCoach #MindsetCoach #PeakPerformance #MentalToughness #FromAverageToUltra

Feeling stuck? It’s rarely a motivation problem, it’s a clarity problem. “Thank you Massimiliano, I feel more energized and with clearer ideas after our conversation. Thank you 💪” A message like this from a client is a real win. As a mental coach, part of the job is to: ✅ Help you regain motivation when energy drops ✅ Bring clarity when your ideas feel messy or stuck ✅ Turn that clarity into concrete next steps you can act on If you’re feeling low on drive or direction, maybe you don’t need to restart or have more discipline. You need a clearer mind, a better strategy, and the right questions. ♻️ Share this post to add value to your network. 🔔 Follow me for more practical insights on growth, mindset, and performance. #MentalPerformanceCoach #MentalCoaching #PeakPerformance #Focus #FromAverageToUltra

You’re not training your body. You’re training the next version of you. Right now my son and I are lucky enough to be able to train together. Every time we step into the gym, we remind ourselves that we’re not just throwing kicks and punches: we’re building the best version of ourselves. Performance is not a talent; it’s the result of our choices, especially when no one is watching. In the gym, you turn effort into focus, mistakes into feedback, and every hit you take into personal evolution. Training means consciously choosing who you want to become in 12 months, not just how you want to feel today. If you want to use tomorrow as a training ground for high performance, try this: ✅ At the start of the day, define one clear goal that, if achieved, will make you say: “Today was a great day!” ✅ During the day, every time you feel resistance, ask yourself: “What would the version of me who already has the result I want do?” and act accordingly. ✅ At the end of the day, reflect: what was the “hardest hit” you took (mistake, feedback, setback), and what is one concrete thing you will do differently tomorrow because of that? This way you’re not just training skills, you’re training your mindset, so you can handle pressure without losing clarity. And you? In which area of your life are you training your next version? (body, performance, career…) Which standards are you deciding to raise from today so that your results tell the story of your evolution and not of your excuses? #HighPerformance#WinningMindset #PersonalGrowth#MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra

May your year ahead be less about “nice things happening” and more about living a wildly alive journey. Not the straight, safe, polished path. But the crooked, winding, breathtaking one. The one where: ✔️ You feel scared and excited at the same time ✔️ You get lost, learn, and come back sharper ✔️ You earn the view, you don’t just receive it Here’s my wish for you this year: may your challenges be meaningful, your detours be teachers, and your courage bigger than your comfort. Because the views you dream of live on the other side of the mountains you’re willing to climb ⛰️ Happy New Year. See you on the trail. In 2025 the most important project of my life (so far) finally became real: I left everything behind and moved abroad. Everything started in the spring of 2024, when I began the first and most important chapter: I opened my own high-performance mental coaching business in a new place far from home. It wasn’t pretty or romantic: more responsibility, more risk, more nights staring at the ceiling wondering if I was pushing too hard or not hard enough. Today, the sea reminds me every day that staying still is a choice. This year taught me 3 lessons I want to leave you with for 2026: 1️⃣ Growth always comes after hard decisions; if you chase security, you'll stay stuck forever. 2️⃣ The people closest to you are the key. You need someone who is ready to do what it takes for a shared vision, not just clap from the sidelines. 3️⃣ Your environment can build you or break you: people, city, routines. Moving abroad raised my standards before it improved my results. If you want 2026 to be the year you stop overthinking and start actually moving the needle on your performance, the moment to decide is now. If this resonates and you’re standing in front of a difficult choice, DM me “2026” and let’s find a way to turn it into real progress 📩 #HighPerformance #MentalCoaching #PerformanceCoach #MindsetShift #MoveAbroad #MovingAbroad #LifeDesign #EntrepreneurMindset #NewYearNewResults #FromAverageToUltra

The real difference between a good athlete and a national one? It starts in their head. The best part of this job? Watching my athletes win long before the medals, when a message like this pops up on my phone: “Hi Max, I wanted to tell you that my coach told me that I will be called for some training camps with the U15 national team on the 7th or 8th of February.” At a young age, mental coaching is a game changer: ✔️ It boosts personal solidity and self-confidence, not just performance. ✔️ It builds the ability to handle pressure and disempowering emotions, so athletes can enjoy what they do and live better, on and off the field. If you’re an athlete who wants to compete with a clearer mind or a coach who wants to bring mental coaching into daily training, send me a message, and let’s see how we can raise the level together 📩 #MentalPerformance #MentalCoaching #HighPerformanceCoaching #CoachMindset #FromAverageToUltra

What's behind this cozy picture? 48 boxes, a new country, and a lot of uncomfortable decisions. This is our first Christmas abroad, in a country where we arrived with more questions than answers, 48 boxes and a trunk full of “what ifs”. It looks like a holiday picture, but for us it’s almost a KPI: proof that a crazy goal, broken into daily execution, can become reality. We didn’t stumble into this. We said no to comfort, yes to uncertainty and backed that decision with work, trust in ourselves, and a lot of late-night planning. The same mindset needed to hit any ambitious target. This photo is a reminder: big goals rarely look glamorous while you’re building them. They look like risks, doubts, and tiny daily choices that no one claps for, long before any “success story” gets posted. But one day you sit on the couch, next to the person you chose, in your new house, with two slightly confused cats under a Christmas tree. And you realize that “one day” quietly became “today”. Not by wishing for it, but by showing up for it, every single day. If you’re in the middle of your uncomfortable decisions phase, drop a comment 💬 I'll be happy to share what helped us stay focused. #NewChapter #WinningMindset #MentalCoaching #Goals #Focus #FromAverageToUltra

This "slow" week was one of my most important weeks this year. Less work. More training. More time with family. More time to think and write ideas for next year. And even if the rhythm changed, I learned something important. Lesson 1️⃣ Slowing down helps you see things clearly. When life moves fast, it’s easy to lose direction. Taking a break helped me notice what really matters in my work, my mindset, and my goals. Lesson 2️⃣ Consistency is not about doing more, it’s about showing up. I still created and posted content this week. Not because I had to, but because it keeps me connected with my mission. The energy was different, a bit calmer, but the commitment stayed the same. This week reminded me that slowing down doesn’t mean stopping. It means realignment and moving with more purpose. How did you use this slower week, to rest or reset? #HighPerformance #Mindset #SelfReflection #SlowDownToSpeedUp #FromAverageToUltra

This isn’t a workout video. It’s a reminder that your mindset is built when nobody is watching you. "No excuses" is not just a quote on the screen. It’s the standard behind everything shared here. Behind the coaching, there are early mornings, sore wrists, heavy breaths, and showing up when nobody’s watching. Here is where discipline stops being motivation and becomes identity. 🔥 Work 🔥 Focus 🔥 Repetition EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. If you want a stronger mindset, start with one simple rule: show up, even when you don’t feel like it. What’s one habit you’re willing to attack with this level of intensity this week? Write it in the comments 💬 #NoExcuses #Discipline #HighPerformanceHabits #MentalCoaching #FromAverageToUltra
