Today, the Green & Maroon universe stands still.
A towering figure of passion, pride and unmatched aura has left us forever.
Sri Tutu Bose was not just an administrator or a face of the club — he was emotion, fire and resistance personified for generations of Mariners. A true son of Mohun Bagan, who taught the supporters how to stand tall, answer every insult with pride, and pay the archrivals back in their own coin — with courage, unity and unwavering loyalty to the crest.
For countless supporters, Tutu’da was the embodiment of what it truly meant to be a Mariner. His voice carried authority, his presence carried charisma, and his love for the club knew no limits. Through victories, controversies, celebrations and battles — he stood beside Mohun Bagan like a shield.
Legends do not fade away.
They live in the chants from the galleries, in the green and maroon flags that fly high, and in the hearts of every supporter who carries the legacy forward.
Your contributions to the club will never, ever be forgotten.
You were, and forever will remain, one of the greatest heroes of the Mariners.
Rest in peace, beloved Tutu’da.
Your legend will echo through the Maidan forever.
