Hello chemists! If you’re at #ACSSpring2023 make sure to check out grad student Gloria’s talk on Wednesday morning to learn about symmetric tetrazines as redox active materials in nonaqueous RFBs! Details below
📢❗️ Abstract submission for #ngrpc2023 will remain open until January 31! Don’t miss this amazing opportunity to present your polymer research work, network, and interact with polymer scientists in industry, academia, and government.
We’d like to give a warm welcome to our newest member, Henry Thurber! Henry is a first year PhD student in the Macromolecular Science & Engineering program, and will be joining team #microplastics!
It’s finally time to share the fruit of my post-doc research on plastics upcycling: a method for repurposing PVC waste in chlorination reactions. Check it out! Thanks to @AnneJMcNeil, Han, Sofia, and Jose, and @McNeilGroup! nature.com/articles/s41557-0…
Impactful words by @CarolynBertozzi today on how diversity in her trainees enabled creativity, not playing by the rules, and ultimately the work that built the field of bioorthogonal chemistry. Diverse science leads to better science!
Happy to share our recent publication!
