Is this Lance Twiggs at UVU on 9.10? It certainly appears to be him! So, if he was at UVU that day then there was no "note" left by Tyler. Why would Tyler leave Lance a note if Lance is obviously aware of what's going to happen. Who really killed Charlie Kirk?!?
