As the Corporations Amendment (Digital Asset Framework) 2026 Bill passed earlier this month, @RedbellyNetwork is now becoming a public digital token infrastructure according to Australian law. This means public, permissionless, open and decentralised.

The Corporations Amendment (Digital Assets Framework) Act 2026 received Royal Assent on 8 April bringing digital asset platforms and tokenized custody platforms under AFSL licensing for the first time.

Last year, we have reported to @Aptos this Denial-of-Service vulnerability that results from its leader-based design. Because it is easy to predict which node will act as a leader, isolating this node is sufficient to explode the response time of the entire Aptos service.
