200 million stardust through GBL. Only took a little over 2 years and a season to reach this. Now to 300 million.

Not only getting over 1 million catches yesterday, today I surpassed 100 million stardust through Go Battle League and 10 million stardust in Season of Timeless Travels

Changes since Go Fest JC
- Alt Tier system, less value giving to candy XL transferring after trading. Added a note for the alt tier 1-4 definitions
- Adding main checking for PvP but not for candy XL trading
- Fix a bug Main XL Tier 1 candy threshold
