Completed our @Run4Wales #activenationwales mile. Had a lovely catchup and natter with friends. We didn’t run at all but we certainly did more than a mile (even though we only uploaded our mile!)AND a bonus £22 raised for @CR_UK @PontypoolRelay

So Relay is over for 2019. We raised a fantastic amount and made great memories and new friends. We want to wish El Capitan (our Lynnie) all the best in her new role on the BIG committee next year. See you all next time! @CR_UK @PontypoolRelay

Three amazing things happened in the last week - we DID relay! We passed £6000 and we’re back in 4th (still competitive til the end!)
