So easy and good - bring pot of water to a boil, turn it off, drop in thawed bag of meat. Keep submerged for 15 minutes. Remove, cut bag open and serve. It’s that easy!
I made Steak Tartare Pizza last night. Anyone have a Beef with that?! Baked the crust with layer of crème fraiche and shredded mozz - removed and added the Tartare. I wanted quail eggs on top but couldn’t find them. Delicious!
