Happy to be included in @jruwitch 's @NPR story on sponge cities. The scale at which we've interfered with the water cycle is astounding. Up to 87% of wetlands drained, urban pavement doubled just since 1992. Sponge cities works, if at comparable scale. npr.org/2023/10/03/120225210…
You can now track some of the sea turtles that have been released on #CapeCod beaches.
The @NEAQ was able to tag a record 14 turtles this summer with the help of additional funding.
