A study led by our Dr. Nancy Baxter (@enenbee) and Dr. Fahima Dossa (@fdossa) has found that female surgeons in Ontario earn 24 per cent less per hour while operating compared to male surgeons. bit.ly/2poRWzl @ICESOntario
