I've always said it's truly a tragedy that Mozart died at 35-years-old. Just think how much Mozart music we have now, and then think how much more we could have if he'd lived another 30 years. π¨ @OperaOmaha would have their work cut out for them with that much more Mozart! ππ

It's delightful to sit on a side balcony where I can see the orchestra and conductor in the pit. But, as a conductor, one thing that I think would drive me nuts is that bright red digital clock facing the conductor that tracks the seconds! Is that necessary? π± #FigaroOmaha

Up through Act 1, this performance has showcased incredibly tasteful and appropriate treatment of Mozart's music in recitative, aria, and orchestral realization. Excellent representation of the Viennese Classical style! Bravi tutti! #FigaroOmaha

I think I really don't use Twitter because I don't want to take the time to cultivate my feed. Same reason I don't use TikTok. I get on TikTok, and everything sucks. There's nothing funny or impactful to me there.
