There is huge demand for services such as this, especially with so many new e-commerce businesses entering the market due to the boom in online shopping post covid. In other words, if you run an online store from home and you have no idea how to facilitate your growth - Inospace is now offering to store, pack and ship your customer orders on your behalf. The property sector is slow to adopting new tech and most South African landlords are incredibly traditionalist which is why they are set in their old-school ways of work. Inospace manages over half a million square meters of industrial space around South Africa. They offer short-term lease agreements as well as accept rental payments via Yoco machine on site. You can tap with your credit card to pay your rent each month. They are certainly one of the more future forward landlords. The ever-innovative Inospace is now changing the game when it comes to property management. They are introducing a completely new service which in the eye of the consumer is a genius no-brainer, however as a Landlord, it could potentially cannabilise existing business. This is an innovative risk that could pay off big time in the long run. Personally, I think its brilliant. I know of so many e-commerce SMME’s who are desperate for a service like this and have no idea where to start. What do you think of this new service offering and is there a demand for it?

‼️BREAKING NEWS: ENS law firm has sent out letters to the tenants of the 86 000m2 Parow Shopping Centre in #CapeTown saying that their Landlord is in default with Investec. Cession agreements have been put in place and going forward, Tenants have been instructed to not make rental payments into the Landlord’s bank account. Parow Centre was previously known as the Sanlam Centre and was opened in 1972. The #shopping centre has over 150 retail tenants. Anchor tenants include: Woolworths, Checkers, Foschini, Truworths, Mr Price and Pick ‘n Pay. In recent years, the centre experienced major upgrades to the newer sections, entertainment areas and food court.
