This echos everything that happened to myself and @Hollywoodford01 yesterday @theJeremyVine I’ve never been so badly treated by any company like we were yesterday. The culture is shocking and all because we had 2 bikes!!
How does @AvantiWestCoast have any customers?
Train to Manchester yesterday ... two coaches short, all seats de-reserved, every carriage packed with standing passengers, aircon dripping from ceiling in two carriages, no running water.
Return to London today ... train 27 minutes late, three coaches aircon broken, no hot water for drinks.
Also: several toilets out of service and intermittent WiFi, but that's expected.
Miserable journey.

Yesterday I interviewed the amazing @MelVeryBerry from @herspirituk and we both did our first ever podcast recording in our swimming costumes! Hence why I am laughing so much. Mel is wearing a wonderwoman cozzie. Love it. The podcast is out 29th May and we hope you will join us swimming in June to raise money for @BreastCancerNow and I'm wearing my @ZoggsUK costume.
