That's a wrap for this year! In 2024 we celebrated one year of forum sessions (there have 25 so far!); designed and delivered research with 60 young men; and (nearly!) analysed all the data. In 2025 we look forward to producing our outputs and sharing our findings with you all!

Child mental health has been a longstanding focus of the study’s data collection. We found 14% had experienced emotional or mental health difficulties severe enough that they received a diagnosis or sought professional help.

We had a great session yesterday with our partners @YouthLinkScot @ManOnSCIO and @Includem2000
We shared early findings and helped partners think through their organisations from a young man's perspective
We also learned who the karaoke stars are and who has never eaten haggis

Session 22 today and after some time spent coding we went out to celebrate the one year anniversary of the Young People's Forum (which was actually a few weeks ago). We gave the 'all you can eat buffet' our very best efforts and then went bowling 🎳😀
