Correction: Orcane Uspecial can also be used to survive absurd amounts of knockback, although it has more startup. On the frame Orcane teleports (frame 25), his knockback velocity is set to 0; otherwise he could easily edge cancel his Uspecial endlag in these situations.

There are also a few other situations where knockback velocity can get reset. Mostly it's obvious stuff like grabbing a ledge or hitting the ground (which only resets the vertical knockback), but there's some other stuff too, like getting frozen by Etalus or starting a wall jump.

It’s not that rigid though. I was saying we want to balance adding new and old characters so people don’t expect all returning characters at first. Closer to 50/50 overall but not necessarily 50/50 each year.

A lot of people will be confused seeing FullStream as a top 8 seed at GX2; he's hard to seed. Ex-top 1 in RoA1; only RoA2 result is 5th in (pre-release, online) Champ of the Beta beating BioBirb, StrikeyDaBeast, Corncycle, Kyb, elpe, Geez, and I0N, only losing to Stango and Boiko
