The #MENTBEST team was at the German Patient Congress on Depression in Frankfurt on 30 May, where we engaged with 1,300 attendees to share the project's work on mental health and suicide prevention.

On 8 May, the #MENTBEST Greek team joined Spring Fest 2026 at the University of York Europe Campus. By using interactive games and materials the team aimed to spark conversations about mental health and depression among students and staff.

Last week in Limerick, community facilitators completed a Train the Trainer programme in mental health awareness and suicide prevention. Now they are equipped to bring that training back to their own communities.
Organised by @NSRF_Ireland, Limerick Alliance for Mental Health Support and UCC School of Public Health, as part of #MENTBEST.

Over 100 construction workers in Limerick took part in mental health awareness training on 23rd April; tackling depression and suicidal behaviour in the construction sector, one of the highest-risk sectors for mental health.
