With all of these preemptive rounds, founders will need to make sure that they don't believe their own hype. U can't skip steps to product market fit. Hiring more sales reps won't help you find it faster, only 🔥 💰. Stay the course, build the right way, don't prematurely scale.

Few women/POC hold top leadership positions at large companies, policies like this only continue to drive corporate board inequity. Board work has been incredibly important to my continued professional development, and I believe can make your employees more valuable.
