Hi Im Meow 🐱 and today I’ve officially been sober/clean for: 🚭 Cigarettes: 1 year, 260 days 🖤 Cutting: 5 years, 2 months 🧠 Suicide attempts: 2 years, 2 months 💊 Adderall: 4 years, 2 months 💊 Zoloft: 1 year, 2 months 💊 Xanax: 4 years, 2 months And today is also my first day going back to therapy since around 2008–2009. I’m sharing this to remind ANYONE who needs it you CAN do this. No matter how many times you fall, you can get back up. Healing isn’t linear, and progress is still progress. Asking for help doesn’t make you weak… it makes you stronger. 🖤

If you see me online… NO YOU DON’T. 😭 The hubs got me sick now too, and I swear I feel like I’ve been hit by a freight train going full speed. Please send prayers, good vibes, sacrifices to the illness gods whatever works because I need this to be over ASAP. I literally JUST got over food poisoning, and now this?! This shit sucks. 😭 To make things even better, while I was trying to type this post, I threw up everywhere and completely traumatized my cats. They’re looking at me like I’ve committed a crime against humanity. 💀🐈 2026 is really testing me right now.

I am absolutely shattered and this is the worst day of my life. This morning, my wife and I, went to her OB appointment for a regular check up and anatomy scan to see how big our daughter was at almost 20 weeks. That is when the doctor let us know that they couldn’t find a heartbeat and that my wife had miscarried. Devastated to learn that our daughter passed away sometime last week and we didn’t know. Currently we are in the hospital waiting to deliver so we can see our girl, hold her, get her hand/feet prints, and say our goodbyes. In the coming days, I will not be around as we plan our daughter’s burial and private service. Please don’t feel any pressure to give but I did create a go fund me to help with costs of a plot in the cemetery, burial, and funeral costs. I appreciate any prayers, love, and support. I know it’s been almost 3–4 years now, but God, I’m missing my buddy a lot tonight. 🐾💔 Some nights it just hits harder than others. I still catch myself thinking about all the little things the cuddles, the chaos, the comfort, and the way you could somehow make even the worst days better. Time may have passed, but it doesn’t make me miss you any less. I hope you’re somewhere warm, happy, and getting all the treats and naps you could ever want. Love you always, buddy. 🌈🐱❤️

Okay, I think I may have worded this wrong, or some people just aren’t reading what I said. I’m trying to get through all of my close friends first before I start giving anything to random people. Nothing against any of you, but my friends will always come first. That being said, the people coming into my inbox threatening me over this need to stop.
