Big Boys don't cry is one of the most dangerous messages we've been fed.
Doing the stuff in schools has had a profound effect on us.
The amount of kids radicalised by the Andrew T bullsh*t is very real and scary!
As if kids didn't have enough on their plates trying to navigate the world coming out of lock down etc.
Anyway big boys do cry and real men cry and talk about how we are feeling, that's what makes us whole !
#mentalhealth is real #Suicide is real.
Speaking out and seeking support is what so many real men and role models we've met do.
