In legal writing and drafting, choice of questions is important. Only attempt questions you are sure of getting some marks. If you cannot punctuate or rewrite well, better not attempt it.๐๐๐๐๐
Professional Conduct is about Advocate-Client relations. Please read the facts and questions thoroughly.
Break down the question into smaller parts. Understand the questions.
ADR options depend on facts. Understand them.

In civil litigation - know who your client is, the stage of the case, explore options available to your client. Understand the law, base on the law to advise. Understand the facts and wishes of your client. Complete the IA. Good luck

Interests in Land. Read the facts well. Ascertain the exact interest - legal or equitable that s/he holds or seek to acquire or protect.

Read the police statements and identify at least 2-3 offenses. In evaluating evidence ensure you refer to which ingredient is supported from police statements.
Have samples of charge sheets for single accused, 2 or more accused, joinder of counts.

This week is wide and you must peruse the laws carefully together with case law. Understand all principles and write out clear precise procedures for setting up businesses. Good luck

Only Leave class after you have understood the topic of the day. So ask PAs questions.

1. Why you joined the bar course.
2. Why you believe you will/ need to pass.
Always read it to avoid complacency!!!
