Mittlerweile weiß Ich wirklich nicht mehr, was Ich machen soll. Ich rufe bereits zum 8ten mal an, jedes mal stecke Ich über eine Stunde in der Schleife, werde dann abgefertigt und das problem wird einfach nicht behoben.

Ich habe benötige mein Internet daheim Hauptberuflich, doch jeden Tag um genau 14:00, schaltet sich mein Upload für exakt eine Minute aus, beendet all meine Arbeit, und führt zu extremen Einkommensverlust durch Verbindungsunterbrechung.

Am Telefon fragt man mich dann, ob Ich meinen Vertrag verlängern wollen würde. SO bestimmt NICHT! Ich will einfach nur mein Internet stabil haben, mehr nicht. Was nun? Ich sitze während Ich diesen Text hier schreibe WIEDER in der Schleife, bereits 30 Minuten.
