In Metro's 50-year history, Captain Donna Tisdale is one of many outstanding women officers!

For 50 years, MTPD officers have helped keep Metro safe.
Officer Anthony "Tony" Montgomery, pictured here, rose through the ranks to Lieutenant and became known as MTPD's expert on robberies and pickpocketing. His son later carried on the family legacy as an MTPD K-9 Officer.

Celebrating 50 years of Metro, we remember MTPD Officer Earl Jordan, who served with honor before pursuing his dream as a US @SecretService Agent.
His journey reflects countless former MTPD officers who gained invaluable experience and went on to succeed in other agencies.
Today, we remember and honor our fallen heroes in the Armed Forces who made the ultimate sacrifice to our nation. The Metro Transit Police Department is proud to stand with our Veterans in gratitude for their service.
