We had a great crowd yesterday afternoon as we hosted a rally in support of Senator Lisa Baker and her reelection campaign. Supporters, elected officials, and community leaders from across the region came together with one clear message: Senator Lisa Baker is the proven conservative leader Northeastern Pennsylvania needs in Harrisburg. The energy in the room made it clear that Pennsylvania’s 20th District is ready to keep Lisa Baker in the State Senate on May 19th. Thank you to the Greenlee family Jim, Marnie, Paige and Ryan and all their staff for putting together such an incredible event. And thank you to everyone who came out in overwhelming support of Lisa Baker and our campaign efforts. Alongside strong leaders like Lisa, we will continue fighting to make a difference for the families, businesses, and communities we represent.

We spent a great evening last night at Bold Gold’s 10th Annual Event. I was joined by my wife, Shelley, PA Treasurer Stacy Garrity, many others for a wonderful evening celebrating leadership, service, and community impact. Congratulations to Vince Benedetto and his team on the continued success of the Bold Gold Broadcast and Media Foundation. I was also glad to honor my friend, Robert Tamburro, who received the Atlas Award for Citizenship. It was great hearing from Jimmy Failla as well, who brought plenty of humor to a fantastic evening. Broadcasting continues to play a vital role in keeping our communities informed, connected, and engaged, and the Bold Gold Broadcast and Media Foundation is doing important work to support the future of the industry.

I spent a great evening in Lebanon County last night at the annual @LebanonCO_GOP Spring Dinner. Congressman Glenn ‘GT’ Thompson, the keynote speaker for the evening, and I came straight from Washington after a full day of votes, including passage of the Farm Bill, a real win for our agriculture industry, which Lebanon County knows well. It was a pleasure to be joined by our outstanding Lebanon County legislators, Senator Chris Gebhard, Representatives John Schlegel, Russ Diamond, and Tom Jones, as well as Commissioners Bob Phillips and Mike Kuhn, and many dedicated county leaders. Thank you to Chairman Bill Bova and the Lebanon County Republican Committee for hosting another fantastic event.

I spent a great evening with the Wyoming County Council of Republican Women for their Spring Dinner. I was glad to be joined by Pennsylvania Treasurer and our next Governor, Stacy Garrity, along with Senator Lisa Baker and Representative Tina Pickett, who continue to do an outstanding job serving our region. It was great to be with so many dedicated Republicans who are working hard to advance our shared values and strengthen our communities. Stopped by the Bloomsburg Renaissance Faire today and caught up with friends including those at the Columbia County GOP booth, who are out energizing voters ahead of the primary. Always great connecting with our local law enforcement from the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office and so many others in the community.

Great to be out at Pete Helms’ annual Ice Fishing Party. Always a pleasure to see our outstanding Treasurer and candidate for Governor, Stacy Garrity, alongside Lieutenant Governor candidate Jason Richey and Senator Lisa Baker. It was great to be joined by some of the best community leaders from across multiple counties. I’m grateful to work alongside so many dedicated individuals who are committed to moving Pennsylvania forward.

Spent a great afternoon in Luzerne County celebrating the grand opening of the new Luzerne County Republican Committee headquarters. It was a strong showing, with many elected officials and supporters coming together. Thank you to Luzerne GOP Chair Lee Ann McDermott for her continuous support and her dedication to our county party. Proud to support efforts like this as we continue strengthening our presence in Northeast Pennsylvania. Great to join Senator Dave McCormick and Dina McCormick for a strong event in support of Congressman Rob Bresnahan, Ryan Mackenzie, Brian Fitzpatrick, and Scott Perry. There was an impressive turnout with supporters from across Pennsylvania and around the country, highlighting the importance of these races. Holding these Pennsylvania seats is critical to maintaining the House majority, and the support shown tonight is essential to making that happen.

Great to join the Berks County Republican Committee for their Spring Dinner last evening. It was a strong turnout and a valuable opportunity to connect with dedicated grassroots leaders and supporters who are doing the work every day to move our communities forward. I appreciated the chance to share an update on our work in Washington and to hear from our next Governor Stacy Garrity, Attorney General Dave Sunday, and many of my state colleagues about the important work they are doing for our constituents. A special thank you to Berks County Republican Committee Chairman Jim Billman and the entire committee for hosting a great event. Great evening at Cigars on Market in Williamsport for a fantastic event hosted by Anthony and Amber Mussare. It was a great opportunity to highlight the work we’ve been doing to support the cigar industry and all small businesses across Pennsylvania. I was glad to be joined by State Representatives David Rowe, Jamie Flick, and Robert Leadbeter, who shared valuable insight into their work at the state level and their commitment to our communities. I was also honored to have Senator Dave McCormick join us and offer remarks about our partnership and the work we’re doing together in Congress. Today is the last day to file petitions, and we are proud to share that we have collected over 3,900 signatures across all counties in the district. Thank you to everyone who took the time to circulate petitions, sign, volunteer, and support our campaign. Your hard work, friendship, and dedication mean a great deal. We have important work ahead of us, and by sticking together and working as a team, we will continue to bring the fight and keep the faith. Work hard. Pray hard. That’s what we do.

It was great to join so many dedicated Republicans from across Wyoming County who are working hard to advance our shared conservative values. It was great to welcome my friend Congressman Jim Jordan to the Ninth District today, where we were joined by many friends and supporters.
