Makes too much sense for the NFL to do it. Would seriously reduce travel costs. You can keep traditional rivalries with a college-like system of rotating games.

6 games home-and-home against the division. 8 games against 2 other divisions. 3 games (curr. 2 against an in-conf and other conf team and 1 against other non-conf team) can be shifted to traditional rivals. Fins could play their old division mates, rotate home and away.

I think this is being SLIGHTLY misconstrued, this is not a Jimmy Butler situation, and he said this RIGHT after the game. Listening to the whole thing, it sounds more like a "major changes need to be made, or else I'm out" situation.
