-Recurrent instability and end-stage OA
-Both unstable and painful
-Anterior glenoid bone loss
-No prior operation
Anterior glenoid bone loss usually goes down the scapular neck but sometimes it shears off the fossa

Do we need 2-year minimum follow up for reporting short term outcomes after RCR? š¤
Our study, and others on ACL, TKA, THA, suggest PROs, MCID, SCB, and PASS plateau around 1 year.

This girl also has around 40% glenoid bone loss and will be getting DTA, too
