Well it is equal pay day again and the bullshit continues. Wage gap for U.S. women sits at 84 cents per $ paid to the average man. It is much worse for many women of color: 67 cents for Black women, 65 cents for Native HI & Pacific Islander women, and 57 cents for both Latina & Native American women. #Equalpayforequalwork #EqualPayDay
