Yesterday we held a touching obituary session in memory of Prof. Margaret Walshe. In honour of Prof Walshe, we are pleased to launch the new annual ESSD Prof Margaret Walshe Award. This award will recognise outstanding postgraduate research in the field of dysphagia.

She has extensive experience in the assessment and management of swallowing disorders and has contributed to the field through research, publications, and teaching.
