Gonna go on a short rant about capitalism. There's a lot to like about capitalism, in much the same way as there's a lot to like about a big, powerful engine in your car. But a car that's all engine struggles to change direction, it's uncomfortable, and only suits a few people.

Now there is SO much accumulated wealth, SO much capital generated by and extracted from working people, that paying this or that movie star to endorse a product is small beans. Just give shit away until anyone selling it goes out of business, and the market is yours.
