Stop researching.
You don't need another podcast, another spreadsheet, or another "perfect" niche.
You need one asset, placed, generating real cash flow this month.
The education starts the day you own something.
AI isn't replacing boring businesses.
It's making them leaner, faster, and harder to compete with.
The operators who layer AI on top of a cash-flowing business will dominate the next decade.
My first vending contract:
I walked in with confidence.
• No LLC
• No machine
• No experience
• No business cards
I just explained how I'd help their residents.
They said yes on the spot.
(It can be that simple)
Things you don’t need to start a business in 2026:
• $100k in the bank
• A business degree
• Partners or investors
Things you actually need:
• AI
• A problem worth solving
• The willingness to show up daily
The barrier to entry is lower than ever.
Exciting times ahead.
The person who started in January:
→ Has six months of real data
→ Knows exactly what actually works
→ Fixed problems they didn't know existed
The person still planning:
→ Has a perfect spreadsheet and zero revenue
You’ll never be 100% ready.
Start anyways.
Age 22-28:
• Grind 60 hours a week
• Chase the next promotion
• Tell yourself it's "paying your dues"
Age 28-35:
• Finally crack six figures
• Too tired to enjoy it
• Miss your daughter's first steps
• Retirement is still 30 years away
Age 35-45:
• Same commute, bigger title
• See your family on Sundays
• Start asking, "Is this really it?"
I lived this.
I thought grinding harder was the answer.
It wasn't.
The answer was building something that worked for me even when I wasn't working.
Now I'm home for dinner every night.
Your 20s and 30s are the most important decades of your life.
Don't trade them for a title and a 2-week vacation.
Nobody talks about what compound interest actually looks like in your daily life.
But it’s more powerful than you think:
• Do the boring thing daily
• Show up again tomorrow
• Say no to all the shortcuts
That's what builds the gap between where you are and where most people stay.
The goal was never “get rich.”
It was simply to never check with a boss before booking a trip with my family.
Build the cash flow first.
(The freedom follows)
& that's how I'd start from 0 in 2026.
I truly believe anyone can do this using the blueprint I just gave you.
@anthonyvending is a perfect example.
0 to 85 machines in 2.5 years. No experience when he started. Just this system, on repeat.
