Hello @sainsburys is it company policy to place a few chairs directly right outside your store entrances so your customers can sit down and have a cigarette forcing other customers including small children to walk through the smoke or is your Keighley store just special?

Why send out renewal letters @DirectLine stating you customer hotline open 8-9 Monday to Friday 9-5 Saturday and 10-5 Sunday to be greeted with totally different hours when you call in the evening. How can I speak to someone when I am working 12 hour shifts for the next 3 days

Hello @northernassist and @alexhornbyrail just wondering why your Christmas market £2 fares apply to such a limited number of stations? If you can travel from Leeds to Skipton for £2 why can’t you travel from an intermediate station. Why are stations on the Bentham line excluded

from the Lancaster offer or S&C stations from Skipton? Someone from the dales is far more likely to travel to Skipton for a Christmas market than someone from Leeds.

Shout out to Oleg @Halfords_uk in Keighley. Ordered new number plates and went to collect on Wednesday. No white ones in stock. He remembered I was coming back this morning and the parts still had not been delivered. Sent a colleague to get some from another store.

Even offered to buy me coffee whilst I was waiting. Oleg deserves a bonus, perhaps whoever runs your stock management should give him one out of their pocket. Pretty poor to be able to order and pay without the stock being available.

tracking number. I have tried to call your 03457 740 740 telephone number. Your press 1 for this, press 2 for that menu doesn’t recognise the numbers I push. It tells me if I want to arrange a redelivery to a post office I have to do this online. 2/3

It’s like some sort of vicious krypton factor challenge that includes trying to decipher the post person’s handwriting. When you try to talk to a human there is a 30 minute wait. The parcel contains a piece of medical equipment. How do I get it delivered. 3/3

So @RoyalMailHelp I have tried several times to arrange redelivery of a package as instructed by the two Something For You cards left. It appears the tracking number is a @parcelforce tracking number. I have tried repeatedly online but your website does not recognise the 1/3

Arrive at a @premierinn hotel just after 7pm to be told no room for dinner until 8pm. Go down at 8pm - three other tables occupied (admittedly one quite large). Ten minutes to be seated, another ten for order to be taken from the very limited menu.

Thirty minutes for the ‘Crispy’ Chicken Goujons (the drab rocket garnish was crispier). Another 10 minutes for flat fish and fries (not chips) costing £14. Whole process took nearly 90 minutes. It seems that @premierinn taking their catering back in house with limited menus

You need to get your facts straight @RoyalMailHelp I cannot collect the parcel I specifically had delivered to your delivery office in Settle because the opening hours on your app are wrong. It closes at 10 and not 12. I cannot now collect this until next Saturday because of this
