Thanks! @GWRHelp please give a customer service award to the driver of the 22:42 this evening, here he is leaving Twyford as we all ran from the connecting train from Paddington at 22:42:10 @HenleyTrains

Had a chat with driver when he came back to Twyford. He was unaware he had to wait for the connection & apologised 👍🏼 (however most passengers had already jumped in taxis)
