To me, it signals that
@jimfarley98 has realized that he needs to have a better pulse on the sentiment of his core customer: the dealer.
Humans typically channel their frustrations outwards when theyāre not being heard. And thatās exactly whatās happening with many Ford dealers right now ā theyāre frustrated and want to be heard.
Theyāre craving clarity and leadership.
They want to know where they stand.
Hereās the bottom line -
Hopefully, this tour is more than just a corporate PR stunt and sparks *real* discussions and solutions with Ford dealers about the role they play in the future of mobility.
