Just walked nine miles home instead of taking a taxi. For once I didn’t rush or treat it as "exercise." I just strolled, listened to birds, sniffed the air, watched clouds. Oddly, I happened to notice something that wasn't there: pain. I'm walking all this way and I don't feel any pain anywhere. No aches, no niggles anywhere. Why would I? Realised I’ve been taking that blessing for granted. We don't notice bad things we don't have.
