My beginning in BL has come to its end. #Jinx was my gateway into the world of webtoon boys love…it’s ending is possibly my exit. Hard to believe it’s over. ThankYou @_MinGwa for creating the dynamic characters of Jaekyung and Kim Dan that started my journey. They will live fondly in my imagination. Always.

The way I’m consoling myself with the main of #Jinx ending next chapter…is that it’s gotta be because Mingwa wants to draw the main story to a nice close so she can get it ready for the PRINT versions before moving onto the happily ever-after sides!! Give me Jaekyung and Kim Dan in book form!!! I’m ready Ms Mingwa 🤗🥰🤗

We all have BL PTSD. We know where the first ‘I love you’ leads 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

#EighteensBed is making me stressed. I really don’t like when someone has near absolute power over someone else and uses it to hurt them…and then will end up with them 😵‍💫 But it’s so interestingly written and illustrated that I’m hooked. I haven’t read the novel so I need someone who has to give me EVERY detail of what’s to come…please.

I get that Jaekyung kinda torture f*cked Kim Dan a lot to satisfy his #Jinx in the beginning… but I need Dan to tell him that without him he’d have long been dead, or missing a kidney, or sold off into a sex ring by the loan sharks if it weren’t for him. Jaekyung is carrying weight like he’s the worst thing that ever happened to Dan. He isn’t. Dans life was infinitely worse before Mr Joo. They unfortunately each had enemies that teamed up. Now one is riddled with confusion while the other is drowning in guilt. I’m hopeful this doesn’t go too long..but I also never want Jinx to end. So, I’ll take whatever Mingwa gives me.

#Jinx doesn’t disappoint. That swift fight finish was very satisfying.

I will miss all of the moments with my #WetSand buddies as we dreamed of a happy ending for Ian and Jo. May we find another story to love together…without a triangle 😵‍💫

One of the biggest pivots from today’s chapter is that Jaekyung will not need to satiate his #Jinx anymore…from this fight forward he’ll be winning for Kim Dan alone.

Goodbye #WetSand , you gave us the character of Joseph, so I can’t say you were a complete mess.

witnessing #WetSand prolongedly limp into obscurity is something I never would have imagined a few months ago. What sad closure for a story.

The entire BL world needs to take a pause and thank Mingwa for delivering a story that always gives what it should. #Jinx is a perfect example of a great popcorn movie in comic form. From the rough spots to the sweet spots…it gives what is needed. Jaekyung and Kim Dan 4-ever ❤️

My loathing of side couples in a story to give release from the angst of the main couple needs to have a medical term. They get all the easy, communicative, charming moments and readers are so often like ‘I wish they were the main couple. They’re so perfect…’ of course they come off that way, they aren’t carrying the chaotic BL story they get to skip about in. I’m fine with the hint of knowing there’s a connection…but wait until the main story is finished and THEN give them their own story. That way I won’t resent them for dragging the main story.

2020 continues to be the most nonsensical story of pretty boys in a headache of random silliness.

Jumins mental warfare against Jaekyung is ramping up, sending him crashing into his insecurities and rage causing him to hurt Kim Dan emotionally and physically…putting another brick in the wall between their feelings. #Jinx is doing really good work at showing how difficult it is to overcome the parts of yourself you want to hide. There’s always an enemy out there waiting to use your deepest hurt against you.
